Our client is the leading global business association for open and sustainable trade, they bring together over 2,400 retailers, importers, brands and associations from more than 40 countries. Their membership contains organizations of all sizes and all sectors.

As a member of the Finance team, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for accounts Receivables:

• Proceed revenue invoicing with new CRM software.
• Maintain customers’ master data.
• Active support in cash collection process, including reminders management and follow-up.
• Communication with customers in English, orally and in writing.
• Record bank statements.
• Customers’ accounts reconciliation.
• Support monthly and year-end financial close process.
• Support development financial functionalities in the new CRM.
• Active cooperation with the Membership Administration department regarding customer journey (onboarding, resignation,…..).
